Todd Killian is an excellent realtor. He is easy to get in contact with, very flexible and accommodating with meeting-up, great at communicating, and very knowledgeable regarding the properties available in the area and price points. He is also adept at finding properties you are interested in and offering suggestions and ideas about the properties. We recently purchased a home through Todd, and he was continually on top of all the fine details and going above and beyond in multiple areas as well as anticipating things and getting them done beforehand. He is extremely friendly and easy-going and a no pressure guy, which we really liked in a realtor. It took us approximately 2 years to find a house and Todd was always patient, accommodating, and full of knowledge about each house we saw, and we never felt pressured or rushed! We would highly recommend Todd without hesitation!
