First off, he was always looking out for my best interest. He notified me about a local (Truckee) first time home buyer’s down payment assistant program where I fully took advantage. That was just the beginning. Then he had no problem showing me around 70 houses. Some more than once. He negotiated the price about 10 percent below asking.
