Todd is an awesome agent. He has a college degree as preferred by his broker, which gives him an edge in problem solving. He has great knowledge and understanding of all the various communities in the area and has a great rapport and is well thought of by his fellow realtors, which improves the efficiency and success of the sale. Todd does an excellent job of keeping the client informed. We had a few issues in our sale, one being the presence of mold. Todd stepped up to the plate and did due diligence on the subject and negotiated an amicable solution. I would definitely use Todd in a future transaction and heartily recommend him to others wishing to buy or sell property around the North Tahoe area.
