We worked with Todd for nearly 10 months to find the perfect house and once we did the offer, negotiation and purchase of the house was handled so efficiently and professionally. Todd was always friendly and eager to help us and even though it took us months of looking at tons of house, he was always patient, prompt with call backs and answering questions, and never rushed us. Which was great, because we did find the perfect house in the perfect place and for the best price. Todd was always our champion during the negotiation process and really put the time in with us and selling agent to make sure things happened that were supposed to and when they were supposed to. Even when the seller wanted to leave garbage and debris on the property – Todd wouldn’t let that happen. Todd was always well organized and very timely with all paperwork and responses throughout the whole process. He answered all our questions while looking for and purchasing a house and if there was something he didn’t know, he found out the answer and got back to us promptly. Also, Todd lives in the neighborhood and has excellent knowledge of Glenshire and the Truckee and Tahoe areas. I highly recommend Todd Killian as an excellent realtor.
